Founded by Queen’s keyboard player and musical director, Spike Edney, THE SAS BAND is the “Ultimate All-Star Band.” The artists and musicians that have performed with THE SAS BAND to date are part of an ever-growing,rotating collection of some of the world’s greatest Rock and Pop performers.
Friday 7 December - "Motown Night" Doors open 7.30pm
Spike Edney presents a night of Motown, Stax and Soul classics, featuring renowned soul and jazz singer Madeline Bell (Blue Mink), Hamish Stuart (Average White Band), Jeff Scott Soto (ex-Journey front-man) and Patti Russo (Meatloaf); all performing some of the greatest Motown & Soul hits ever recorded.
Saturday 8 December - “Experience the Ultimate Rock Party!”

- Since their debut in 1994, The SAS Band have made television appearances and performed at select private, public and major corporate events around the world. Several of those internationally televised concerts include Spike as Musical Director with his all-star house band backing an array of stars for the finale of the 2000 & 2001 Prince’s Trust “Party in the Park” concerts and the 2003/2005 Nelson Mandela “46664” aids concert.
- THE SAS BAND is also the band chosen by the stars. Phil Collins, Paul McCartney, Brian May, Rod Stewart, and The Rolling Stones are just some who asked Spike and his band to put something special together for a private evening.
